Video Transcript Edna THE LADY JEWELER

Hi my name is Edna  Culpepper, founder of Beachside Jewelers of New Smyrna, Beachsyde Jewelers and TheLadyJeweler.com. I have been actively involved in the jewelry business for over 25 years.  Also, I am GIA certified. I have a location with a very small office front on Flagler Avenue in New Smyrna but I’m primarily online.

I’m here today, not only introduce myself but to share with you how the corona virus has affected my small business.  I think that a lot of small businesses were in the process of making a hard left in regards to getting involved with on-line marketing/sales. Also, getting comfortable with  cameras, finding our way around the Dot Coms, working with the computer! I think what has happened is now we have to go online. No options.  Moving forward, the future of our small business landscape – the way in which people shop and do business has changed forever, but the way that I personally approach my customers has not changed.

Customer service has not changed but the ability for me to reach out as a small business has changed.  That’s why today I’m doing this short video to say HI I AM EDNA CULPEPPER, WWW.TheLadyJeweler.com.  Thank you.
